Mentor Graphics Acquires Atair Compiler Technology
WILSONVILLE, Ore.—(BUSINESS WIRE)—June 8, 2004—
Mentor Graphics Corporation (Nasdaq:MENT) today
announced that it has acquired compiler technology and engineering
resources from Atair GmbH, based in Vienna, Austria. Terms of the deal
were not disclosed.

Mentor's product portfolio in this area and position us to lead the
way in meeting the challenges of proliferating dual-core embedded
